Although bought CT5 from Bayway SW, it didn't make sense to tow that far. Didn't know about Big Star. Best dealership. All were concerned about my one year old car stranding me multiple times. Easy to drive in and drop off my car. Albert was very professional and easy to deal with! When my car needed a part that would take several days to come in Albert took care of me and got Albert was very professional and easy to deal with! Yesterday I went in for a routine oil change on my 19 Expedition. And was looking into maybe doing a trade-in. However with trying to rebuild my credit it was impossible without leaving a HUGE down payme Expedition. And was looking into maybe doing a trade-in. However with trying to rebuild my credit it was impossible without leaving a HUGE down payment. BUT without hesitation David made things happen for our family. He took his time in explaining our options and what he and BSC could do for us. David went above and beyond to make things happen, was thorough throughout the entire process and kept things simple. After a few hrs, and test drives, I left the dealership with a brand new '24 Cadillac XT6. I definitely recommend go seeing David at Big Star Cadillac. I recently had my Cadillac XT5 serviced , Mr Bobby and his team. Mr. Bobby handled everything with professionalism from the time I dropped my vehicle off until I drove away.
