Rest assured that your concern is being shared with the appropriate team as part of our commitment to continuous improvement. Our current policy for pre-owned vehicles, excluding Cadillac Certified Pre-Owned vehicles, is to pass along all keys that were provided to us by the previous owner. We do not order additional keys or key fobs for these vehicles. This means that the number of keys you received is the same number we received when the vehicle was traded in or acquired. We understand this may be inconvenient for some, and we apologize for any frustration this may cause. While we cannot provide an additional key at no cost, we would be happy to assist you with obtaining a replacement key for you through our service department.
