I sent an inquiry about a vehicle on a Friday afternoon. I received a call immediately from Matt. We talked and scheduled a meeting the next morning to test drive and talk about the car. Mark did a professional job during the entire process, even advised me on a potential oil leakage issue. However when leaving the store, one of the stores car was parked, blocking my car from leaving the even advised me on a potential oil leakage issue.
