Service department was fine. Sales dept and dealership was terrible. Salesman misled us and now we have a vehicle that was not what we requested. When we attempted to address this issue we were basically blown off. Sell your customer what they requested or don’t complete the sale. Since vehicle was delivered to our home days later we didn’t realize it wasn’t what we asked for. When we contacted manager at dealership, we are sorry was all we got. We have informed our family and friends and everyone else we know about this bait and switch. Cadillac should be embarrassed. More
