i feel like my service advisor( ainsley ) is amazing she try's to get things done and very informational but i think the rest of the cadillac team sometimes try's to low ball you and never puts in any effor try's to get things done and very informational but i think the rest of the cadillac team sometimes try's to low ball you and never puts in any effort to try and make the customer happy if they can , yall are cadillac yall are supposed to be the elite of luxury and amazing vehicles but the people sometimes don't put in enough effort, i will always be a cadillac customer i love cadillac for instance , i bought a used CT5 and that car stays at the dealer due to constant issues i tried to get in another one but it didn't work or maybe someone didn't try hard enough to get me into another vehicle More

Unfortunately i was lied to about receiving new tires with the $4,700 reondintioning fee, i asked what the fee was and was advised by bianca it was for a 172 point inspection that would update my windsh with the $4,700 reondintioning fee, i asked what the fee was and was advised by bianca it was for a 172 point inspection that would update my windshield if it was chipped and new tires and anything else needed for the vehicle to meet the big star cadillac standards and 172 point inspection, the windshield was changed but my escalade was returned to me with the same worn tires that i originally obtained the lease in november of 2022 with 63,000 miles on them now and clearly visible even from afar and bianca did advise me tuesday and wednesday afternoon she would call me back to resolve issue possibly having a local cadillac dealership do the replacement of the tires but has not reached back since or answered calls or messages since mr dean that picked up my escalade and dropped it back off is a witness to the tires and situation and was as surprised as i was to see the vehicle returned with the same tires that are visibly worn and just feel very dissapointed about this situation bianca changed my great experience i had with the initial salesperson from you guys when i obtained my lease to now that she could have avoided this incovenience for me by providing false information and avoiding to resolve the issue to make it worse i called today asking to speak to GM mike pearce and was unable to be contacted and a service supervisor by the name of vinnie contacted me back adivising they felt the tires did not to be changed after their 172 point inspection but mr dean who seems to be an honest invidual can attest to the condition of the tires that my escalade was returned with and mr vinnies only attempt to resolve the issue was for me to take and send a picture to bianca wwith a quarter in the thread to see the thread lifetime on these tires with 63,000 miles and well which she has not responded since yesterday or today i admit i was very satisfied with my initial lease with bigstar cadillac but bianca and mr vinnie drastically changed my opinion with no effort or empathy or even an apology as to providing me with false information which mr dean a more honest big star cadillac employee can attest to what im stating is true More
We purchased a 2024 BMW X5 on Friday February 27 and they delivered to us on Saturday February 28. Is was sold under the context everything was working and had past all inspections. On Monday morning receiv delivered to us on Saturday February 28. Is was sold under the context everything was working and had past all inspections. On Monday morning received a code that engine oil was incorrect and received a code Emergency Call System Malfunction from the minute we got in the car. Called Crystal our salesperson and she said to bring vehicle to BMW for the codes. We told her they services the vehicle so they should fix the oil. When we brought it for them to fix the oil code we let her know about the Emergency Call code. She said we would need to bring it to BMW get the code fixed. When I brought it to BMW they informed us that this would not be covered under warranty because the top of the vehicle and the fin has damage like it had been hit with a garage door or something similar. I contacted Crystal to let her know what BMW found. Sent her manager Ruben the video from BMW and also a picture I took from above the vehicle on the day it was delivered showing the same damage BMW showed. Ruben requested information from service department on the inspection they performed. He informed me when the vehicle was inspected there was nothing found. I requested pictures and was told there are no pictures and I purchased the car as is. We did purchase the car as is but we were misinformed on the condition of the car. More
