Terrible service not customer attentive failed to notify us the part for the repair had come until we called to inquire about it five days after the part was supposed to be delivered and was told oh yeah it us the part for the repair had come until we called to inquire about it five days after the part was supposed to be delivered and was told oh yeah it just came in.......xx Did not have any loaner cars available had to use Uber I guess Cadillac is building such crappy vehicles these days and so many are in for repairs that they don't have enough loaners to accommodate all the repair customers I had reservations about purchasing another Cadillac from Big Star after the crap experience I had with my last purchase of a supposed certified preowned Escalade This has certainly confirmed my reservations More
