I have had my Ford Edge in this service dept. 3 times, it still isn't fixed and I have dealt with everyone but the owner which no one seems to know where he is. I am beside myself, I have spent over $700 and still isn't fixed and I have dealt with everyone but the owner which no one seems to know where he is. We were going in with very specific ideas of what we wanted to do with trading one of our vehicles and getting into something more family friendly. I really was not that confident in being able to get a vehicle but I prayed and Mr. Mike told me that he would do his best. Mr. Mike spoke with the General Manager and they got me pre-approved with a good interest rate. They told me to fax over my I.D. and proof of my income. I was approved and they drove my vehicle all the way from Ludington, MI to Kentwood, MI in snowy weather that night after 5:00 p.m. I test drove the Malibu 2012 and signed the paperwork. This was a blessing for me on my new journey and I am grateful that they provided me great services. Thank You! More

This is our third new car purchase at this dealership and all were through working with Mike. The dealership is clean. The service department employees were nice and very helpful. My car was 17 years old, stick shift, no power anything. My husband decided he was going to surprise me with a new car when we got home from Florida. Well I found out about the surprise before we got home and started looking at cars on the internet and shortley after got a email from Pam. We started communicating but didn't make any commitments due to the fact we was in Fla. We wasn't sure what we wanted, what color we wanted. Two old people who couldn't make up their mind. The first day I stopped in to talk with Pam she was with another customer so she turned me over to Paul Boyd who was very helpful. He explained to me about leasing a car versus buying. The lady with Pam said that she had leased 5 cars and was very happy with them and the service. I discussed this with my husband and he was dead set against it, but after sleeping on the idea he decided to go along with the plan. The next problem was deciding on a color. Once that decision was made they found our car and had it on the lot the next day. Since then I have stopped in several times with questions about all the bells and whistles and they are out the door with a smile showing me which buttons to push. I love my new Ford Fusion, Ginger Ale in color. We chose Great Lakes Ford because we like to keep our business local. More
