Paul was great to work with. He went above and beyond to find that perfect truck that had everything on my want list. I ran in to Pam in the grocery store and she told me i needed to come see her. I had a 2010 Ford F150 that i was leasing and my contract would be up next year. Pam told me that she could get me out of my needed to come see her. I had a 2010 Ford F150 that i was leasing and my contract would be up next year. Pam told me that she could get me out of my current lease and into a new fully loaded F150 now for approximately the same payment. I stopped by the next morning and Pam met me at the front door as i drove up. We went inside and she told me about the truck she had in mind for me. Pam then went out and brought the truck around to the service entrance since it was raining outside so i would not have to walk out in the rain to take it for a test drive. I was very impressed with the truck and all the extras that my previous truck didn't have. When i finished my test drive, Pam met with the manager and came back with what my new payment would be. I told her I would take it, and in less than a half hour i was driving away in my new truck. This is my third lease from Great Lakes Ford and everyone has always been very friendly and courteous.Their service department has always provided outstanding service such as oil changes and routine maintenance.I would highly recommend Great Lakes Ford.
