I am a woman (professor) with a PhD in a STEM field. There is nothing I like less than being talked down. I am also very particular, and want things the way I want them... which can make me difficult. My experience at Bert Smith, and with Darryl in particular, was fabulous. Darryl is INCREDIBLE. He is just a really smart, personable, knowledgeable sales guy. He makes you feel as if he has all the time in the world for you. He never pushes, and he is always available to help. We need more sales people like Darryl in the world; he is a classic and Bert Smith should consider themselves lucky to have him. We plan to buy our next car from Bert Smith VW as soon as the 2018 Tiguans with all wheel drive are available. We will only buy it from Darryl. More

The Dealership lies and does not support their warranties. In March I purchased 2014 VW convertible for my wife's birthday.. A real beauty! Wife loves it! When I took it in for serviced today at Burt Smith's dealership. To my disappointment the $1800 insurance policy I purchased did not cover the things the salesmen told me were covered. Misrepresenting warranty information to a customer hurts the sales department and the dealership reputation.. Bert Smith should be the last dealership that anyone would buy a car from. They sold us warranties on the tires and wheels, for dents and dings, and the interior. When the car was serviced today I found out that nothing except a tire was covered.
