However, I wasn't really impressed with the way i was treated by my neighborhood dealer, they weren't bad just indifferent. So, i drove 21 miles in traffic i hate to check out Bert Smith. I met Tony Kritikos. Told him what I was trying to do. He didn't try to force me to his program. After a little bit of time I went back and put a deposit and ordered a car. I was under some time constraints due to timed withdrawals for some retirement accounts. They actually waited for a month after the car arrived from the factory (most dealers would have been on the phone pressuring me to come in early etc). I may have paid more, but that's because I made the deal, not them. For me price is not the most important item it's how the the staff treats me. More

Like most people, I don't have A credit and not all the credit bureaus agreed how far from A I was. Hiram handled it like a seasoned professional. He took time to ask questions, to investigate options, and to find out how we could make this deal work with my financial situation. A true problem solver, he found a solution and put it all together in a way that I am still telling my friends and family about. I arrived at 11:00 am, on a Saturday morning, saw my beautiful new STi, cleaned, fueled up ready to go, I was burning gas and enjoying my new STi, by 12:20 pm. Talk about efficient. The entire sales team from Dyer, Charles and Bill all were very professional and made every effort to make sure everything was PERFECT, and everything was JUST THAT, PERFECT!!!!!
