Relaxed and pleasant buying experience I wasn't sure what car I wanted after driving my old car for 17 years. I had been to a couple of other dealerships when I stopped by Bert Smith on 38th avenue north. It was an evening, not long before closing and Jared was ready and willing to show us the inventory and help us understand the differences between the cars and years made. He was knowledgable and patient with our many questions. We were able to test drive right away. With his help we were able to quickly narrow down the model in which we were most interested and he was very efficient in his follow up communication and took quick action so that we would be able to discern our exact car. It took another car order to get the one we ultimately purchased but Jared was efficient, prompt, courteous and extremely professional throughout the whole process. By far, it was the smoothest and most enjoyable car buying experience to date. More

I would definitely purchase another VW from Colin anytime! He even threw in a VW hat and an extra set of floor mats just because I thought the rubber sport ones look cooler than the stock microfiber one. More
