ATROCIOUS Service Center... ZERO STARS... I Own a Car Dealership and my wife has a BMW on Lease... They are Inconsiderate of Time and keep car as long as they say were backed up will get to it soon... Th Dealership and my wife has a BMW on Lease... The GSM is actually the Acting Service Manager and doesnt Listen just Defends a Horrible Service Advisor Staff who told my wife because she Leases her repairs aren't under warranty!!!! Wow Ive heard it all Now.. You get a different warranty based on how You Pay??? Ive been a Car dealer for 34 years and Have Never Seen this Poor of Staff.. Bert Smith should be Very Ashamed at the Cast he's Assembled. I could Go On about the Poor Service but its redundant... Recommend any other place as Its quite Impossible to get this Bad... More
Vey Dishonest.I took my X5 to Bert Smith BMW to get a Vey Dishonest. I took my X5 to Bert Smith BMW to get a regular oil change, they said that my car had 4 recalls, one of them was for a Gas Pump, so I Vey Dishonest. I took my X5 to Bert Smith BMW to get a regular oil change, they said that my car had 4 recalls, one of them was for a Gas Pump, so I told them to go ahead and do it, they said that it would take a couple of days, so I asked them for a loaner, they said that they had none, I was forced to rent a car during those two days, this was on Dec 28th and car rentals were very expensive, it cost me more that $250, and that is only the beginning, a few days after I got my car back, exactly on 01/12/2022, I was driving it and it just stopped working in the middle of the road, luckily it was about 300 yards from my house and some people help me and my sons push it to my driveway, so I called my personal mechanic who happens to be an expert in BMW, and using his computer, he checked the car thoroughly, after doing so, he determined that the Gas Pump was faulty, which means that the gas pump that they had replaced was faulty, so I called the dealership and explained the situation and had the car towed to them, after doing their diagnosis they determined that it was the gas pump and they wanted to charge me over $900 to change it, so I told the advisor that there was a recall on the Gas pump and that just changed it a few days previously and that it should still be under warranty, after that the advisor said that he would look into it, he contacted me after a few hours and said that the technician determined that the Gas Pump was fine and that the car was just on empty that’s why it was not working, and that the gas gauge sensor was faulty completely changing their story, while I know that my car had more than a quarter of a tank when the tow truck picket it up, so long story short, and based on the determination of my mechanic, they went ahead and changed the faulty gas Pump that they had installed, but lied about it so that they would at least charge me for the diagnosis, so I went I got my car back and it drove fine, and the gas gauge sensor is working just fine whenever I fill the car up, the gas gauge is very accurate, so basically all of that was done so that they make me pay what I was not supposed to pay, I paid $235.56, I feel like the service department at Bert Smith BMW completely ripped me off, very dishonest. More

Over a month and dealership could not fix my 2017 BMW that needed a $125 part. Brought my BMW in on 11/11 for a stalling issue. Over 3 hours for testing was told the part had to be ordered. Service ad that needed a $125 part. Brought my BMW in on 11/11 for a stalling issue. Over 3 hours for testing was told the part had to be ordered. Service advisor then left the dealership. Spent over 30 minutes talking with the parts department who had no clue. Followed up with service manager who lied and said part was ordered and in but we was not able to get me in for service for over 10 days. Calling a few days before to verify that the part was in no adviser could verify and never returns calls as promised. Text message the day before my appointment I responded postpone until someone can verify my part was in. Received a call back before 3pm on Friday and was told part was not in but I would receive a call back on Monday that it was too late in the day for follow up. Never received that call. Ended up taking my car elsewhere and was diagnosed with the same issue, part ordered and installed the next day. Not my frist visit to Bert Smith BMW but will be my last. Service manager and advisers should all be fired for inabilty to do a simple job and lying. My total repair cost else where was 50% lower in cost coming in under $250. This repair was a simple fix Bert Smith BMW could not handle. More
Not satisfied at all. A body shop job at the Collision Not satisfied at all. Got the car back 2 months ago and my ac went still smells like glue after a windshield replacement. I don’t know what I’m breathing in every day! According to them, they received a bad glue from BMW what won’t dry I’m 30 miles away from the dealership and they won’t provide a a loaner so I don’t know what to do! More

GREAT experience dealing with BMW Service staff and my advisor Mirnes. They performed the work in a timely manner and even washed and vacuumed my car. I highly recommend using them for Service and ask for advisor Mirnes. They performed the work in a timely manner and even washed and vacuumed my car.
