Purchased an X5 from Cameron this week at Bert Smith BMW. He was about as easy going and friendly as they come. His no pressure sales technique is amazing. He worked hard to get the deal I asked for. Cameron stayed until almost 10 pm just to hand me the keys and thank me for my business. Bert Smith itself is now only one of 2 in the area not owned by the same conglomerate. Connor was very helpful and patient with me while I was searching for information on the 2017 X3. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and not from a used car business. He made the process searching for information on the 2017 X3. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and not from a used car business. He made the process very simple and provided me with advice on what kind of payments would be beneficial for me. He accommodated me with providing me with replacing the manuals that were missing with the car, filled the car up with gas, and scheduled a detail cleaning for a future date. Connor earned my business and I plan on coming back to him in the future to purchase my next vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership and working with Connor if you are looking to buy a BMW at a fair market value. Thank you again Connor and Bert Smith BMW for your help. The only change I would recommend for Bert Smith BMW is to provide more training with the financing woman who finalizes the paperwork. When I said I did not want the extra warranty and other packages for the car, she was rude with side comments and unprofessional. I'm a patient and understanding person, so I didn't think anything of it. However, if other customers experience this, than it could be a deal breaker for the company and potentially loose business. I highly recommend either providing more professional training for her or just finding another person that is a professional at that position. More
