Volvo at Natick is amazing. I have had the same incredible technician check and work on my car for so many years that I can't count. I have a handicapped car so there are technical issues that hav incredible technician check and work on my car for so many years that I can't count. I have a handicapped car so there are technical issues that have to be dealt with each time the car goes in. Additonally, Chris Casey is a great service advisor and explains all the technical issues, etc. If you want quality and caring service to boot, this is the place to go! More

Scheduled a 70k service. Work completed on time. I used my prepaid maintenance contract for payment so there was no additional payment required. Matt was my service advisor. Came in for service, left with one of the same issues, called and left 4 messages for service, no one called back, then I left 2 for the GM because I was upset, he did not call back either. Finally got c called and left 4 messages for service, no one called back, then I left 2 for the GM because I was upset, he did not call back either. Finally got connected to someone, because I called again, not because they called me back, and issue was resolved. This was TERRIBLE communication and service, and will never go back there again for service and absolutely will not buy a car from them. And if you call, there are literally 4 message saying the call is being recorded before they will connect you to anyone. Pathetic! More
Service manager was great - we discussed one of my issues, and he told me the time required for all the work. He also texted me during the service with an update and the car was ready exactly when he issues, and he told me the time required for all the work. I took my 2016 Volvo XC-90 to Bernardi for an inspection sticker which resulted in the replacement of all 4 tires and a 4-wheel alignment. After excessive wearing on the inside edges of both rear tires aft sticker which resulted in the replacement of all 4 tires and a 4-wheel alignment. After excessive wearing on the inside edges of both rear tires after less than 10K miles I returned to have Bernardi inspect them. It was determined that they were at an equal negative toe angle and needed to be replaced. Since there were no issues with the front tires I suggested to Chris Casey the alignment may not have been performed correctly. He checked with his manager Mike Profenno and responded back saying the problem was caused by hitting a pothole and Bernadi was not responsible for the issue. I knew the probability of running over a pothole, knocking both rear tires out of alignment equally and not affecting the front alignment was highly unlikely. So I asked to speak with Mr. Profenno. It took Mike over 24 hours to return my multiple messages with Chris Casey while my car was sitting, waiting to be worked on. After finally speaking with Mr. Profenno and understanding his unwillingness to consider the alignment was performed incorrectly, we agreed to split the cost. However, when I went to pick up my Volvo, the invoice did not reflect what we had discussed. Mr. Casey said he was aware the charge was incorrect but was instructed by Mr Profenno to proceed anyways and saying I would need to speak with Mr. Profenno again about it. Mr. Profenno did not provide any type of explanation, did not apologize and instead simply said, "if it will make you happy I will correct the invoice". It was honestly one the most unprofessional customer service interactions I've ever experienced. It's really unfortunate because I love my Volvo and the location is very convenient but based on this along with previous bad experiences has forced me to find a new Volvo dealer. Bernadi should expect more out of someone in this position. More
