Had another positive experience. I hit a pothole on my car (7k miles total) at 6:45pm a half-mile from the dealership. I first went to a dedicated tire place, not knowing how bad the damage was. That place said come back the next day without even looking at the car. I then drove into the dealership around service's closing time. The person went to look at the car, found two flats. I agreed to have them fix it and left the car with them. He asked and sought out my service plans to see what coverage I would have. The next day the car was ready with a light cleaning inside and out. Pricing on the tires was the same as tirerack which was a pleasant surprise. They also recommended and did an alignment on the car. My pickup was done in under 5 minutes. They have a computerized program so that they had a text message and email chain I could respond to in addition to them calling. More
As always, Chris Casey managed my handicapped car through the service and answered all my questions. I had 12 things that needed to be done and he answered every single question I had. Unfortunately, my car hasn't even been serviced yet and I can still write a negative review. During the purchase of my vehicle, I was promised that valet service would included for all my service needs, whic can still write a negative review. During the purchase of my vehicle, I was promised that valet service would included for all my service needs, which was a HUGE bonus as compared to my local dealership as I have young children and waiting for my car service was something I was no longer interested in doing. I have owned my vehicle for 1 year and I am scheduling service now, and what to you know! They are no longer offering the service that was promised to me when I purchased my vehicle. I was also never notified of the change and that I would no longer be able to utilize the service which was why I decided to purchase with this dealership over the one down the street from me, since this was not a service that they offered. Love my Volvo, not this dealership. More
