They expand from the weather and deteriorated to the point Berglund was having difficulty getting them off for tire rotations. I had to pay Berglund, since Ford denies liability, to replace all 20 lugnuts. Same detective type lug nuts installed because Ford designed wheel hubcaps to be held in place only by these type lugnuts. More

Horrible serice We bought our Ecosport in for servicing and a oil change last week. The oil cap was left off. Thee entire engine compartment is saturated with oil. Th We bought our Ecosport in for servicing and a oil change last week. The oil cap was left off. Thee entire engine compartment is saturated with oil. The inside of the car reeks of oil, the engine compartment smokes and the hood insulation s saturated as is the insulation on the firewall.. We need this fixed!! We need the engine and compartment steam cleaned, we need the insulation replaced, we need the oil changed again and we will need a loaner car until everything is corrected to our satisfaction. I have called the Bedford Showroom to register my complaint and expect prompt and complete remedy for this screw up...we have pictures More

Service experience I went in to have a leak fixed. My PTU part needed replaced. It took many days to get mechanic to approve the repair but Eddie worked hard to make sur I went in to have a leak fixed. My PTU part needed replaced. It took many days to get mechanic to approve the repair but Eddie worked hard to make sure everything got done and approved. The reason I rated sales low was due to an issue with the tires. After having my Ford for 6 months and driven 8,000 miles I went to have the tires rotated. I was told the tires couldn’t be rotated due to how uneven they were. I was told they were not maintained correctly. When I had my ford serviced I talked to Kayla who informed me this was not the dealership problem and that it passed inspection. When I bought the car she told me it had been maintained and was in great shape. She said there were no issues which now I know is a lie! I now have to buy new tires and I feel as though I don’t matter. Kayla said she would double check with Ford and contact me but never did. I am very disappointed that I have to buy new tires as a result of someone else’s actions and the fact that the dealership doesn’t care. We will be looking in the next year or two for another car and I’m not sure given this experience I will look here. More

To Little Too Late Berglund Ford has gotten so small that they can’t keep up with new customers and their service needs. The service manager does his very best but the Berglund Ford has gotten so small that they can’t keep up with new customers and their service needs. I personally like the people but I’ve had to change to another dealership for a new purchase and service. More
