Brittany was our sales contact and she followed through in a timely manner with the specifics of our transaction. She communicated with us even on her day off. Gene facilitated the sales paperwork process and spent a great deal of time explaining not only the functions of the car but also to assist with establishing the On Call connectivity. F & I manager was thorough and to the point. We were warmly greeted by the general manager during the process. More

Service and detail I liked that Jeremy was very easy to work with. He was nice and personable. He actually remembered me from a prior service. He also took the time to notify me of my next service requirement. In regards to my detail, I do not think the detail was worth the cost. While I understand that the silver package is mostly the outside, the detail was pitiful. The wax was not completely rubbed in and it looks like smears on the sides of my car. The spray that makes the tires shine is actually on my tires and spotted on the body of the car. The inside of my car had less than a light wipe down. Jeremy actually came and wiped the insides of my car down after I showed him and I was VERY appreciative of that. While the service (oil change) went quickly the detail portion was my least favorite. More
