Truth in selling I was told by at least two reps that I had navigation and that was one of the things that I was bringing my car back to have installed, only to find t I was told by at least two reps that I had navigation and that was one of the things that I was bringing my car back to have installed, only to find that was not true. Later I was told it wasn’t on the sheet and they showed me where it was on the window sheet on another car. Well here is my answer to that - there was no window sheet on the car I bought. I was able to download Apple Play, which could not even provide the route from the dealership to my home 54 miles away. One road (which is clearly marked on Google Maps), was not even on the map according to Apple Play. Also, the salesperson did not seem to want to give us the time of day when explaining the how to operate the the various controls and attributes of the car. I still don’t know if self park really is available and there was something mentioned about the car keeping a certain distance from other cars and something about autonomous driving for a certain time (which sounded strange to me) and other things that I can’t explain. Also why did they put that the car had 50 miles on it when according to the odometer it had more around 270 miles. Is it a used car? I’m not happy about my experience. Had I known about the option of buying the car at the factory I would certainly chosen that option. More

When it came time to make the deal, Mark was busy and I negotiated with Steve. While Steve was courteous and friendly, he tried to bring emotion into the negotiation and was disingenuous with some of the numbers that were tossed around while trying to make the deal. We did ultimately come to a deal I was happy with, but it was disappointing to go through "classic used car sales" kind of stuff after Mark had shown none of those traits. The dealership is a very comfortable place to do business and they seem to keep a very good inventory of vehicles. I wouldn't hesitate to shop there again...or get service there (although I hope I don't have to!) More
