Above and beyond I spoke to the service department 2weeks before my visit to Roanoke. I was able to schedule and gain knowledge about my recommended service on my Q50. During my visit I dropped my car off for service and was notified about and battery issue. Although the parts department did not have any in stock, Brennon let me know that I still replace the battery while In town. We scheduled the appointment and I was in and out with little to no wait the next day. Brennon is a great asset to the dealership. I will continue to visit this location for future service. More
