This past time I brought up an issue with my car and when I went to pick it up, I was not provided any information about it due to their lack of communication with the front desk, and driving it I realized it wasn’t fixed. So now I will have to call them back and waste more time dropping my car off there until my warranty is up. Luckily for them they are the only Volvo dealership/service center in town. Unfortunately for me, I love my Volvo but my next car will not be a Volvo due to their service center. More
