Effecient, friendly, impeccable service I was greeted by Joe Carmada in service before I could even exit my car. As always, he was upbeat & friendly , & had a loaner car waiting w/ the heat I was greeted by Joe Carmada in service before I could even exit my car. As always, he was upbeat & friendly , & had a loaner car waiting w/ the heated seats already on for me. When I returned, he explained in detail exactly what services had been performed, & what I would need in the near future, which included new tires. Everyone at your dealership has always been helpful & friendly but Joe seems to stand out & always goes the extra mile. He makes you feel like you're his only customer.! Awesome experience! Oil Change gone wrong Scheduling and service was no problem....until I drove off of the lot and found that someone had opened a door and/or hit my drivers side door with so Scheduling and service was no problem....until I drove off of the lot and found that someone had opened a door and/or hit my drivers side door with something that gouged into the paint and left quite the mark...while being serviced!! They had someone to "fix" it the next day....a 5 year old could have done better, so now I have a nasty mark on my car...all from getting an oil change More
