I'm sure if you buy a car from them, they'll treat you great. But I moved here from out of state and they treated me terribly. I had to either beg for a shuttle or use Uber. They told me my CPO car had great. But I moved here from out of state and they treated me terribly. I had to either beg for a shuttle or use Uber. They told me my CPO car had too many miles to still be under warranty until I showed them the Volvo website showing that CPO cars had UNLIMITED MILES. Then I had to really beg and nag them to even inquire about whether things would be covered. After a while paying $500 for oil changes feels pretty crummy when I'm not getting any extra support out of it. The straw that broke the camels back was when they replaced my rear brakes for $900 and I needed new rear brakes 15,000 miles later. Pretty sure that $900 was just a contribution to the Berglund Luxury Fund. When I wrote Volvo of America to complain, they simply told me that dealerships are independently owned and they couldn't do anything. Now I'm shopping for an Acura. More

The Service Department at this dealership is the best. Randy was very courteous and helpful with all of my questions.
