Service Check I came in for your regular service and state inspection. The new Volvo service rep was very friendly and she helped me with all my needs. My loa I came in for your regular service and state inspection. The new Volvo service rep was very friendly and she helped me with all my needs. My loaner had not been cleaned. Also, the next day the low tire light came on in my car - all four were low, one almost 15 lbs. Is this not part of the regular service to check pressure? More

All around bad experience In calling to schedule, I left a message at 9am, waited until 1pm before finally calling back myself. Made a 1:00 appt for 2 days later. Confirmation In calling to schedule, I left a message at 9am, waited until 1pm before finally calling back myself. Made a 1:00 appt for 2 days later. Confirmation email stated appt is at 1:15. Arrive at 1:15, and notify Lisa I’m here. I also asked if they have time to rotate my tires to which I was told yes. I notice 20 minutes later that she is just now taking my car to the service area(1:35) About 2:30 Lisa informs me that when they were preparing to rotate the tires, they noticed I needed new tires. I declined buying tires that day....and cancelled the rotation. At 2:38 she walked past and told me it would be 15 more minutes!!! At 3:15 I see my car finally pull into the bay and she emerges to tell me her computer is frozen and my receipt can’t be printed!!!! She said they were very backed up....despite the fact that I NEVER saw another customer in that building the entire 2 hours I sat there!!! I left a VERY unhappy customer. More
