Flat tire on highway while out of town While headed to Lynchburg to visit family, I experienced a flat tire with run flat tires. Happened towards closing time and they stayed on the phone While headed to Lynchburg to visit family, I experienced a flat tire with run flat tires. Happened towards closing time and they stayed on the phone with us and made sure that we were able to be towed to the dealership even though it was after hours. The following morning they pushed us to the front of the line since they knew we were out of town and stranded since the vehicle did not have a spare tire. They were able to locate a tire for the vehicle and explained that it would take the majority of the day for them to receive it and to put on rim. Since I had a meeting in my hometown 2 hours away they allowed me to use the loaner vehicle overnight which went above and beyond. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism that was bestowed during what was a very stressful event that was wholly unexpected. More
