Emergency tire replacement I was towed to this dealership after have both passenger tires split. I was treated with respect and made to feel welcomed in their dealership. Poor first impression. Had to make numerous calls to schedule recalls and first maintenance. emergency headlight repair I had just driven from Rhode Island to Lynchburg (appx 700 miles) when I learned that one of my headlights burned out. A friend called Joe on my behal I had just driven from Rhode Island to Lynchburg (appx 700 miles) when I learned that one of my headlights burned out. A friend called Joe on my behalf as I was not familiar with the area. He had me come over immediately to replace the bulb. In addition, he had my car washed (that may have been at the request of the service technician who had to work on it after I drove 700 hundred miles along the eastern seaboard--it was pretty gross) and vacuumed, which it desperately needed after the long trip. I appreciate the service that I received and the peace of mind knowing that I would be completely visible on the road for the trip home. Thank you! More
