There was considerable time and attention to detail that was given by the salesperson in order to purchase the car along with negotiating a fair price of the BMW. Even within 5 months after the vehicle was purchased during the Winter there was a problem with the A/C unit this Spring, and the salesperson, James Matt Slay, made sure to research to see how to fix and resolve the A/C unit issue. Great professionalism was exercised by the salesperson at all times and there was always friendliness, courteousness, and kindness bestowed upon towards the customer. More

Quick, efficient, and mission accomplished I had two visits recently. One for a state inspection on our ML350 and for a warranty issue on our E500. Both visits exceeded expectations. Joe Camarda was excellent .. he is always great in communicating, this time specifically, relevant information to me as needed regarding the warranty issues and it's progress. I appreciated the loaner vehicle and the shuttle rides from Mike! Overall, two great experiences and we're always grateful to know that both vehicles are in great driving condition. More
