The service department at Berglund graciously took us in with no appointment and actually fixed a couple of other things while they were at it. Courteous, friendly, and efficient. Of course the comfort of the waiting area made the wait pleasant and easy. More
Client Relationship I was scheduled for service on the speakers of my car on August 9. The valet service was supposed to pick up my car at 9:00; the car was picked up at I was scheduled for service on the speakers of my car on August 9. The valet service was supposed to pick up my car at 9:00; the car was picked up at 11:45, after having to call the dealership to ascertain the problem. The speakers in the back door were repaired. However, the speakers behind the heads of the back passengers, the ones I complained about, were not repaired. I went to the dealership on August 12 to let them know there was still a problem. While they were nice to me, they vigorously defended any mistakes they have made. For example, the late valet was the fault of the valet service and voicemails which were not returned for over a week were finally returned, so that should suffice. This attitude leads me to believe that timely contact with clients is not a concern to them. This certainly has not been the attitude of dealerships with which I have dealt in the past. In my opinion, Berglund Luxury has serious client relationship problems. I regret that I didn't know this when I bought my car because I would have gone elsewhere. More

Service people don’t call you back. I called last week for an appointment because I felt my battery was dying on my Volvo. I called at 7:30 AM. Then I called at 9:00 AM. No returned call I called last week for an appointment because I felt my battery was dying on my Volvo. I called at 7:30 AM. Then I called at 9:00 AM. No returned calls. Finally around 10:30 I e-mailed the Mercedes service manager. Lisa Pritchard finally called around 11:00 AM. Battery was replaced. The next day my Right Turn signal went out. Called late in afternoon. No response on Monday morning. My husband called to speak with Lisa. It took her over 7 hours to finally return the call. My husband politely but firmly explained to her that if they are in fact that busy then they need to hire more help and it’s inexcusable to wait 7 hours to return a call for service. By the way, I have had this turn signal fixed several times. My husband even left a message for the Head Service Manager Josh... He didn’t return a call either. Service used to be good at Berglund but it is really lacking these days. My husband just recently purchased a BMW from Berglund. These are luxury cars and people are paying for top service they just aren’t receiving it. More

From the moment I called to driving off the lot my salesmen Isaiah was in constant contact with me answering all my questions and allowing to thoroughly inspect the car. Almost all car dealerships I have been too outside of CarMax I got the typical car salesman experience which is mostly unpleasant. They were nothing but pleasant, professional, and easy to work with. I was split between another car at another dealership and they were able to work with me to sweeten the deal and convinced me to go with them. We are now happily enjoying our BMW! More
