My experience at the service center was excellent and the vehicle looks great. It’s a little unnerving to allow someone to drill holes in the body of a brand new car. We purchased it in Nc and the service department there was closed when we completed the transaction. So glad Josh was able to take care of this for me. The young woman (I didn’t get her name) who pulled the car around for me was very nice and accommodating. More

Frustration continues For the 4 years I have lived in the Lynchburg area the "Luxury" Berglund dealership has not failed to frustrate me. Common repair or replacement part For the 4 years I have lived in the Lynchburg area the "Luxury" Berglund dealership has not failed to frustrate me. Common repair or replacement parts are never in stock, they do not take the time to review online service requests before I arrive, even though their website encourages the online appointment process, they are unprofessional by shouting out to each other rather than walking to each others' offices and having a normal conversation and the list goes on. Update: I arrived on my scheduled return service day and time on 7/25 where I had been promised a loaner and there were no loaners available - and this is why I made the appointment with the service manager because that's when she said a loaner would be ready. My car stayed overnight at the dealership and is still being worked on and I received NO updates from the time I dropped it off yesterday at 8:30 AM until this morning at 11:28 AM - no communication from the service department for 24+ hours! this is unacceptable. I had sent a text requesting an update at 6:01 PM last evening.....so I guess I would have heard nothing for another day or so if the service dept had not been prompted. Unfortunately this is the closest Lincoln service so I am held hostage. Upper management needs to fix basic customer service protocol from the top down. More

Convertible top repair Took 2012 Volvo C70 to service, rear headliner has fell. Extended Warranty has expired was a bit disappointing (the fine print). Dealership kept the v Took 2012 Volvo C70 to service, rear headliner has fell. Extended Warranty has expired was a bit disappointing (the fine print). Dealership kept the vehicle for a week and $510.00 charge. Picked it up yesterday. The headliner is not correct. I tried to contact the service advisor this morning, left a message and email pictures. There has been no response. We need to take care of this ASAP. Thank You, John DiCaprio More
