Never have I met with friendlier or more helpful people. Joe was just the best! And Mike, who shuttled me to substitute teach while the car was being serviced, was so helpful. Exceeded expectations I have a 2019 BMW and went to the Parts Dept. to get touch up paint to have on hand. He called me later to tell me that with it being a new color it w I have a 2019 BMW and went to the Parts Dept. to get touch up paint to have on hand. He called me later to tell me that with it being a new color it would not be released as a touch up until 2020. He offered to reach out to their paint guy the next week. Long story short, I had the touch up paint that afternoon. Expectations exceeded. More

Even though we were there to look at a used car, we were treated with kindness and respect. For several years I had been considering buying a new Subaru Outback and had been dissatisfied with the lack of attention I received as a potential customer. At Berglund, I was made to feel special.
