Schedule oil change with appointment for days! I had a scheduled appt and had to make arrangements due to work. My car was there all day and never touched my the service dept . I was told that due to vacationing staff and only one technician I would need to reschedule, but vacationing staffg is planned and someone could have called me in advance for when I dropped the car off.
