Knowing I wanted another Mazda 6 (my third) I wanted to see and test drive other Mazda models to be completely certain. John was very patient and made sure we saw several others....going back and forth obtaining keys and leading us to each....on that very hot summer day. Thank you, John Templeton Regarding Mazda Service: I’ve always found good service at Berglund Mazda. I had airbag replacement twice in former Mazda 6’s.....had regular service in former Mazda’s and currently owned 2017 Mazda 6. I’ve found service explained and reception all very good. Even when I recently mistakenly thought something was wrong with my headlights....I was received courteously with full explanation. Your above option under “New” does not provide for other makes; i,e., Mazda. Your option of “Reason for visit provides only ONE option. I’ve commented on BOTH Sales AND Service!! Your below option to say more does not open....??? Thus I’ve said “a little more” here. More
A Salesman you can NEVER trust. The dealership still honored the price of the new vehicle, but the trade-in is where they made it a high-pressured sale. They offered $2,300 less than the low end of the Black Book price that I pulled from their website. After some back and forth, then me leaving quite upset, I realized what they did was pull a different vehicles VIN number so they could bring up a lower valued vehicle. Then after another round of fighting about the price, they pull the old “Well we have to fix the scratches and have to recondition and have to {insert salesperson BS here}” that’s why we can only offer you $300 less than the low offer on Black Book. Well are a 3 hour drive, and 2 hours at the dealership I was physically and emotionally drained, thank you Mr. West. I accepted the offer, and then I had to wait for them clean the vehicle. It took close to three hours to buy a car from Berglund Ford. Then at the financing portion of the day, they tried to sneak in an extra $611. In retrospect, at every step along the way they kept making “Mistakes” that would only benefit them. Oh the new system we have is why it came that way, let me fix it. NOTE – at no point did I get the feeling they were on my side or were to help me. More

I took it in for diagnostics and they DID NOT tell me they were going to charge me $400 just to look at it. Then the mechanic tells me something completely different than the service guy. The mechanic said he worked 2 hours and they were charging me for 4 hours of work and that he has seen alot of fords do this (blow up that is). So then I asked what they could give me on a trade, "well it depends" is what they said. The first thing out of my mouth is I WANT A HONDA OR TOYOTA MINIVAN, then he says have you seen the ford blah, blah, blah. Drive 25 miles to SHELOR MOTOR MILE, they treat you like a customer. More
