Low air pressure in tire. This was absolutely the worst service visit I have ever had in my entire life! Only went to check a tire that had been losing air since the first day This was absolutely the worst service visit I have ever had in my entire life! Only went to check a tire that had been losing air since the first day we purchased the car. They had to fill the tire prior to purchasing due to sitting during the winter months. (That's what we were told) We made an appointment to get it checked out and they found a commercial staple in it and said it couldn't be patched. We needed a new tire at $200.00 with that tire being brand new! We were furious. Long story short we split the difference but we will never buy from Berglund again! Roy and Michele Wickham More
