They gave me a great deal on a 2018 mazda 3 grand touring, even thou there was another dealership that was beating their price I still selected them for the purchase of my new mazda 3 because of their customer service and also be Paul. I'm an Active duty military and Paul just keep it simple and straight to the point, keeping it simple and easy like all us military personnel like to do things. They even honoured the military appreciation which other dealers did not because it was a 2018 model with only 103 miles on it. I'm stationed in FT Bragg and I drove 3 hours because the customer service, was the car that I wanted and color, and the biggest saling point (well to me was Paul, a first Responder) they support me when I'm deployed to war as much as I support them for what they do to keep our homeland safe. Not to mention they beat the mazda dealership in my town which is a military town and all dealerships in my state!a Thanks to Paul and Mr. Rodriguez. More

Very easy and pressure free experience Shopped used cars on Berglund's online site. Went to the lot and met with Randy Bivens who showed me the truck. We drove it, discussed it, noticed one small issue of concern. Randy said he would address that concern and make it right. Could not get a deal done then, but we continued to communicate and were able to come to an agreement. He kept his word on addressing the one concern I had and making it right. Go see Randy he will do you right. Also, Alex in the finance dept. was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions. He explained everything and did not pressure me on buying anything extra. Overall great experience. Can not rate customer service or quality of work yet since I have not been in with any vehicle service. More
