Very friendly, but lacking attention to detail I had my truck in for service and wanted the truck checked over carefully for a very long trip I plan to take soon. I knew I was due for the oil change service, so I asked for that and also asked for the truck to be checked over well which included brakes, hoses, bets, etc. I had inquired about my batteries because I was having a lot of corrosion on the terminals and thought they must be leaking around the terminals. I had cleaned them several times yet the corrosion kept returning. I also had the check coolant additive idiot light on my dash, so I asked for that to be checked as well. I was informed that the coolant was topped off, but when I got in the truck to leave, the idiot light was still on. Simple to fix, yet lacking in detail on the job. I got home and decided to check my new batteries. They said they could not see a date code on the ones I had in there, yet I know they were installed at a Ford dealership somewhere, and not but a year or so back. I would think that Ford would warranty the batteries, or at least pro-rate them if they had less than a three year manufacturers date on them, but if you can't "find" a date, you pay full price and move on, right? Just laziness in my opinion. Also, when I opened the hood, the terminals did not have any grease or corrosion inhibitor applied, and the old corrosion was still present, with the corrosion indicator spray still glowing bright blue, telling me there was battery acid present. This was left over from when I had the old batteries in there, they could have at least taken the time to clean the terminals off before reinstalling my new batteries. So I can only "assume" that everything else was done properly. Make you wonder, does it not? I'm getting ready to put 5,000+ hard miles on the truck and really do not want to be broken down in a place where the nearest town is hundreds of miles away due to an oversight on your technician. More

Josh Moyer is an excellent service advisor and with 26,000 miles on my vehicle, he recommended fuel filter change to assure continued optimum performance. The service took about as long as I expected and I enjoyed Berglund's spacious and attractive waiting area. The young lady that assisted me with checkout was courteous and very pleasant. I don't necessarily enjoy having any vehicle serviced for any reason, but Berglund Ford makes the experience as pleasant as possible. I appreciate that, and whenever I have the opportunity, I do recommend the Berglund family of dealerships, and especially Berglund Ford. More
