I was interested in looking at a purchase and Derek worked with service to get in moved through the inspection process more quickly than usual. In Derek's absence, he referred me to Alex Rodriguez, who was in the dealership when I first stopped by to look at the car. Alex was very good to work with and he was able to get my 2004 Explorer valued for a trade in on this vehicle. Alex worked with his sales manager to work out a price including my trade in. We did this even before I drove the car. After serviice got the vehicle ready, I test drove it and it was just what I was looking for. Alex worked with me on closing the sale, with all of the paperwork. I am happy with the price paid and got a very nice used Explorer. Alex and Derek were both great to work with and made the process easy. More

Shop Issue but Great Customer Service Three times now since late winter 2018, I have taken in my truck for service and all three times were not resolved first time! Thank goodness for Josh Three times now since late winter 2018, I have taken in my truck for service and all three times were not resolved first time! Thank goodness for Josh and Dean! I bought this F250 here, have serviced it here 95% of the time and now have 200,000 miles on it. Last winter I had starting troubles on very cold days. After a tow to the shop and 3-4 days without the truck, it was returned with no problems found. However, a local mechanic found 6 of the 8 glow plugs not working 100%. When replaced my starting problems were over! On a regular oil change appointment, I had to return the truck due to oil dripping all over my driveway. The drain plug gasket had been damaged and allowing oil to leak. Josh was great to get it back in the shop and repaired same day with no charge. My most recent appointment visit was a routine 200,000 mile check...change fuel filters, change out all fluids, and inspect everything. This time not only was the truck in the shop for 8 days (due to mechanic vacation), I had to return it the following day because now it had fuel leaking all over my driveway and that smell throughout the cab interior! Dean was professional and again quickly scheduled it and had it repaired within an hour of my returning. It was reported as a cut o-ring on the upper fuel filter. When I used to service my own vehicles many years ago, after an oil change or fuel filter change or water hose or pump change, I ALWAYS started the vehicle and let it run a bit to INSURE NO LEAKS before I would resume driving normally. What happened to quality conscience service technicians? I would have rated the shop a ONE star had it not been for Dean and Josh, who call me by name and treat me like a valuable customer, since I have been coming here with this same truck for nearly 15 years! In the last 5 years as an FYI, I have spent $8,367.13 in this service department on this truck! More

I decided years ago, to take my busine After numerous visits to different Berglund locations, and being disappointed with seemingly rude sales staff. I decided years ago, to take my business elsewhere. However, after purchasing a Mazda from another dealership, the vehicle had a recall and could only be repaired at Berglund. While there I was amazed at the look of the new Cx5. So, I decided, with reluctance to speak with a salesman. I’m so glad that I did. This visit redeemed Berglund. The salesmen were friendly, knowledgeable and exceeded my expectations. Berglund Mazda has gained my business. Job well done. More
