Recall and 24 point inspection appointment I had to take y car in to fix the problem from the recall and Mazda also completed a 24 point inspection. I had received this notification by letter. I had received this notification by letter. 9/9/19 at p.m. I do have a concern that it was recommended for me to bring my car back for an oil and lube job when it reaches 5000 miles. Traditionally, for all of my other cars, it was every 7500 miles. More

Regularly Schedued Service I took my car in for regularly scheduled service (oil and tire rotation). I also asked the service manager to replace the inside cabin air filter. B I took my car in for regularly scheduled service (oil and tire rotation). I also asked the service manager to replace the inside cabin air filter. Both were accomplished in about an hour. The only surprise was the cost of the service. For the oil change and cabin air filter I spent right at $180.00. More
Great service I showed up without an appointment to have an oil leak looked at. Berglund Ford Is A Disappointment Although I was very pleased with the outcome and work by the technician, I am very disappointed with Berglund Ford. Over the last few years we (wife, Although I was very pleased with the outcome and work by the technician, I am very disappointed with Berglund Ford. Over the last few years we (wife, daughter & I) have bought eight cars from the Berglund Automotive Group. I had to wait 3 1/2 weeks to get an appointment to have a serious oil leak repaired on my wife’s Escape. After leaving the car the night before my appointment I had not heard anything from service by mid-afternoon. It took two hours of trying to finally get someone in service to answer the phone. The young lady checked on my car and told me it was in the bay but the source of the leak had not been determined yet. I was told it would be the next day. The following afternoon after hearing nothing and again having to wait on being on hold for twenty minutes the same young lady told me they had just placed my car in the bay and a technician would call me later. (Now I am thinking I was lied to the previous day.). Finally, the technician called me and told me the issue and suggested a remedy, which I agreed to. I have done a lot of business with Berglund but fairly certain there will be no more. The technician was great, but I certainly do not feel appreciated as a customer. More

They sent us to Mazda roadside assistance, who inform us of Bergland Mazda. Johnny Mason took our call and helped to get the process of repair started. Having a loaner vehicle was a great help and Kenneth Valentine, the technician, willing took a later lunch to help us get back on the road. Thank you Bergland Mazda for your kindness and help.
