Took a while but great results My 2017 mustang gt was making a popping (or pinging) sound from the drivers side rear. I took a video that captured the sound and when it happened. My 2017 mustang gt was making a popping (or pinging) sound from the drivers side rear. I took a video that captured the sound and when it happened. Josh, my assigned service advisor, took detailed notes when I brought my car in and he provided regular updates while he had my car. After checking everything they could think of, with no effect, they searched a tech database and found one other mustang owner who reported the same symptoms. That issue was resolved by replacing the axle. So, they ordered a new axle and installed it under warranty. That fixed the problem! More

Not customer focused My fleet Ford F-150 was in for multiple service items and I was briefed that under the tasking of the oil pan gasket leaking the front differential ha My fleet Ford F-150 was in for multiple service items and I was briefed that under the tasking of the oil pan gasket leaking the front differential had to be moved/removed and there was one particular bolt which Ford required it to be replaced rather than be reused. I waited in excess of 3 weeks for this one bolt to arrive and my truck released back to me. Upon finding your parts department was short this one bolt, there should have been multiple calls to other dealers until one was found and not just waiting for Ford to back order the item. More
