However, when finalizing the financing I felt I recently purchased a certified Chevrolet Silverado Z71. The salesperson we dealt with did a great job. However, when finalizing the financing I felt that Mark Weddle was borderline unprofessional and disrespectful. During the process he put the hard sell on for the extended warranty to the point of belittling me for not seeing the value. I have purchased my last 5 cars from Berglund on Franklin Rd. This is my first dealing with their location on Williamson Rd. I am now questioning any future purchases from them. More

Very disappointed! I have been a customer of Berglund for over 12 years and I have purchased 5 cars from them. Although the first level employees are awesome and the mec I have been a customer of Berglund for over 12 years and I have purchased 5 cars from them. Although the first level employees are awesome and the mechanics are very nice......I am VERY disappointed in my last service call. I purchased a NEW truck with less than 7 miles on it and last week it stopped working. I had it towed to the service center on a Thursday evening. I then called the dealership Friday morning. I was told that they might not get a chance to look at it that day because they were swamped. I stated that was fine, but that i would like to get a loaner vehicle as it is part of my warranty. I was then told that NO MORE loaner cars were to be loaned out because there was a snow storm coming in. WHAT xx....no where in my warranty does it say no car if bad weather. I later received my truck back the following Wednesday. I had to take two days off work. Although there was a snow storm. I still should have gotten a loaner care. I will continue to go to Berglund because all in all it is a great place to go. But beware of the loaner car and warranty service. More
