I made an appt for recall and warranty work and they kicked me out. The service manager SCREAMED at me in front of my 5 yr old grandson. He said I was using profanity because I referred to the dealers kicked me out. The service manager SCREAMED at me in front of my 5 yr old grandson. He said I was using profanity because I referred to the dealership as "the Chevy Store". I wasn't even talking to him, I was talking to my grandson! They refuse to do warranty work on vehicles not purchased from them. This was a 2002 Avalanche with less than 36K miles, still covered by GM. I was told to take it back to New Hampshire where it was purchased, they say it is their right not to work on cars not purchased there. What do you do when you move 800 miles? don't go to Burgland!!!
