Surprised Silverado Experience I have always driven Fords and was ready to trade my F150. After talking with local Ford dealerships and getting the impression that they were not that interested in working with me, I decided to look at Chevrolet. Jeff Fisher was my salesman with Berglund Chevrolet and was professional and courteous throughout the process. He did not pressure me but acted more like a consultant and less like a salesman. He followed up after the sale and represented his dealership well. I fully endorse Jeff and Berglund for making this a great experience. More

My representative, David Chewning, has always been friendly, courteous, helpful and anxious that he meets my needs. This can sometimes be difficult as I know very little about cars. He always makes sure I understand what needs to be done. Your waiting room is very nice...comfortable and good coffee. More
Passenger Presence Sensor Recall Got a notice that a recall noted that the passenger sensor needed to be checked and corrected if necessary. Car had not be run in 6 months, when I we Got a notice that a recall noted that the passenger sensor needed to be checked and corrected if necessary. Car had not be run in 6 months, when I went to start it, the battery was dead. Dealership completed recall with no problems and checked and then replace the battery. Diagnostic check was very expensive and an additional cost (other places I have been would do the diagnostic and if problems were found, would then incorporate the fee into fix, not as an added cost). Chevy brake job I took my ‘05 Colorado in bc it was recommended that I take it to a Chevy dealership for the front rotors and pads. The rotors and hub bearings are a I took my ‘05 Colorado in bc it was recommended that I take it to a Chevy dealership for the front rotors and pads. The rotors and hub bearings are a pressed assembly. Service tech didn’t want to do it. Not sure why the front brakes are made that way if techs won’t work on them. More

A+ for effort but the problem still persists My Enclave has been making popping/knocking sounds for months. Service has been diligent in trying to isolate and fix the problem. Unfortunately, the My Enclave has been making popping/knocking sounds for months. Service has been diligent in trying to isolate and fix the problem. Unfortunately, the problem persists even with the latest effort which was to replace the bushings underneath the car. A recent alert from GM pointed to this being the probable cause. I haven't advised Marvin yet but will on Monday. I understand things go wrong but it's the response that matters most to me. Service has been extremely responsive in trying to fix the problem. More
