Negative customer experience Other than paying $1300 for a manifold, the experience I had was totally downhill. First they tell me they can't get to o2 sensor out so had to buy a new one of those, dropped off vechicle on fri was ready on mon but got no call saying it was ready until I came by on wed after I called 3 times and no one picked up in service department. So I waited 2 days to get my vechicle! I get there a little after 5pm car is ready after 3 associates ignore me for 10 minutes, I tell the gentleman I will be right back I have to get my wife to drive other vechicle home, never told they close at 6pm. I get back at 6:03 place is locked up. Since my vechicle was 2 days waiting for pickup someone could have stayed for inconvenience. I guess this is not a service provided since you don't pay for that to... I go into the sales dept. then everyone stares at me like i did something wrong such a bad feeling. One of the sales people help me with checking me out in the service dept. That gentleman was great by the way. I just had a very bad experience from start to finish at berglund chevrolet. I don't know if I will ever go back there after this experience customers just don't seem to be worth what we pay for at the dealer..... More

Transmission repair on Silverado Our 2016 Silverado started jumping during shifting last week. I took it immediately to Berglund service center and checked in with David Chewning.
