Service I had appt to have oil change, tire rotation and replace build in front headlight....I know usually I’m there for an hour for an oil change but I figu I had appt to have oil change, tire rotation and replace build in front headlight....I know usually I’m there for an hour for an oil change but I figured with the addition services maybe an addition half hour...I needed up being there for 2 hours but what upset me the most is I seen them drive my vehicle out the garage and left out of the parking lot onto the main road (were they going for a joy ride) More

Just ok There were some personality conflicts, that did not sit well with me. Matt kept putting down other Car dealerships that I bought my car from. They kept my car way to long because of a specialist that had to be out of work because of personal problems . Apparently Bergland only had one specialist that could work on the transmission. my car was taken in on Tuesday and I did not get it back on Friday.
