It was more of a convenience for me to have Berglund to perform the checkup rather than to drive to the Salem location. I appreciate Ricky Tuck's professionalism and knowledge of what was involved, not only in the 23 point checklist, but also how thorough the 25K mile checkup would be. Received usual fast and friendly service I scheduled a State inspection and oil change on-line a week ago. I received both an email and telephone reminder, which I appreciated. Upon checkin I scheduled a State inspection and oil change on-line a week ago. I received both an email and telephone reminder, which I appreciated. Upon checking in I saw a familiar, friendly face. David Chewning checked me in. As usual, he was very friendly and helpful. In just a minute or two I was headed to the comfortable customer lounge for the great coffee. After a short time my car was ready. Jackie Wolfe had serviced my car. We briefly discussed the results of the service visit. He is always ready to answer any questions I might have.
