Need to replace a beloved Accord! We loved our Accord, but it was totaled... no one but the car was hurt; unfortunately it was fatal! We had decided on a CRV or another Accord. At first David thought that the CRV listed on the website had been sold, but then found it. He and Jeremy suggested that we take it overnight (knowing full-well that we'd be hooked - we are, after all retail managers and understand the 'put the product in their hands' thing ;-) We drove it overnight and discovered one minor issue with the hands-free phone. David said they'd fix it. Sooo now we're the proud owners of a 'new' CRV. We're very satisfied and highly recommend Berglund and David Turner. More

He went so far as to offer the shuttle service for myself and my daughter to be able to go somewhere else instead of waiting in the lobby, and when it became apparent the car wouldn't be ready after a couple of hours offered a free service loaner.
