Not to mention the fact that the parts department could not get the parts in a timely manner when the supplier is just down the street. top mechanics and service writer Charlie is excellent, one of the best in the business. Said I needed a wheel bearing? but how much out of spec was the old one? Cost of repair was more than the car was worth, why not offer me a deal on one of your clean used cars? the $2000 I spent would have made a good down payment with the old car in trade. I will wait a few years before returning, I have been a customer for almost 20 years, but every so often I need to go back to remind me how abusive your pricing policies are. More

Driving through Virginia to Pennsylvania July 5th, my husband and I were driving from TN to PA, when my air conditioning started blowing warm air. We called 2 other local dealerships, who sai July 5th, my husband and I were driving from TN to PA, when my air conditioning started blowing warm air. We called 2 other local dealerships, who said don’t bother stopping, they were short handed & too busy. Worried that something more may be wrong with the car, our local dealership recommended us to Berglund & provided their number to us. We called & asked if they could fit us in just to check out the car to be roadworthy, not necessarily to fix the air conditioning. It was a Friday, a day after a holiday, they were very busy but said to bring it in & they would look at the car. We spoke with 5 different people, including the service manager. They squeezed in my car to check it out. They re-charged the air conditioning & could not see anything more that was mechanically wrong. It was a hot summer day, and we were offered to sit in their nice cool waiting area with some cold water. Every person who we talked to (including the female answering our phone call) made us feel important, like we were long time customers of their dealership, not as the passing through travelers that we actually were. If a dealership can make us feel that important, imagine being one of their regular customers! I can’t say enough about Berglund Chevrolet Buick, only that I wish we lived closer to call Berglund Dealership as our own! Thank you so much to everyone who welcomed us.
