Driving through Virginia to Pennsylvania July 5th, my husband and I were driving from TN to PA, when my air conditioning started blowing warm air. We called 2 other local dealerships, who sai July 5th, my husband and I were driving from TN to PA, when my air conditioning started blowing warm air. We called 2 other local dealerships, who said don’t bother stopping, they were short handed & too busy. Worried that something more may be wrong with the car, our local dealership recommended us to Berglund & provided their number to us. We called & asked if they could fit us in just to check out the car to be roadworthy, not necessarily to fix the air conditioning. It was a Friday, a day after a holiday, they were very busy but said to bring it in & they would look at the car. We spoke with 5 different people, including the service manager. They squeezed in my car to check it out. They re-charged the air conditioning & could not see anything more that was mechanically wrong. It was a hot summer day, and we were offered to sit in their nice cool waiting area with some cold water. Every person who we talked to (including the female answering our phone call) made us feel important, like we were long time customers of their dealership, not as the passing through travelers that we actually were. If a dealership can make us feel that important, imagine being one of their regular customers! I can’t say enough about Berglund Chevrolet Buick, only that I wish we lived closer to call Berglund Dealership as our own! Thank you so much to everyone who welcomed us. I wish we had everyone’s name, so we could acknowledge each one of you! And we made it home to PA with peace of mind! Thank you so much! More

Need to replace a beloved Accord! We loved our Accord, but it was totaled... no one but the car was hurt; unfortunately it was fatal! We had decided on a CRV or another Accord. At first David thought that the CRV listed on the website had been sold, but then found it. He and Jeremy suggested that we take it overnight (knowing full-well that we'd be hooked - we are, after all retail managers and understand the 'put the product in their hands' thing ;-) We drove it overnight and discovered one minor issue with the hands-free phone. David said they'd fix it. Sooo now we're the proud owners of a 'new' CRV. We're very satisfied and highly recommend Berglund and David Turner. More

He went so far as to offer the shuttle service for myself and my daughter to be able to go somewhere else instead of waiting in the lobby, and when it became apparent the car wouldn't be ready after a couple of hours offered a free service loaner.
