The problem was elusive but Berglund was diligent My 2016 Enclave was making knocking/popping sounds underneath the front of the car. Unfortunately, it was very random. After trying several fixes, it My 2016 Enclave was making knocking/popping sounds underneath the front of the car. Unfortunately, it was very random. After trying several fixes, it was clear that the dealership hadn't encountered this specific problem before. The service center requested help from the GM engineering techs and worked closely until the problem was resolved. Never once did I feel like a pain in the xxx. More
This place has changed for the worse! Very frustrating experience. Several of the personnel were very nice, it was their rules in place of handling customers that we didn’t like. First, everything is blocked so you can’t drive through and look. Second, we got out of the car and was approached by someone who insisted we come inside because management had told him this is what he needed to do. We wanted to look first at different cars. Third, we were told they were paying off our trade in. Little did we know until we looked at the papers that they increased the price of the car we were buying to make it look like they were giving us full payofff when they were not. So, we decided to not trade in. Fourth, to buy a car we got there at 9:45 am and didn’t get out of there until after 3:00 pm. My husband is a diabetic and had to run home to take his meds and grab a banana because it was taking so long. Our favorite person was the guy who handled the finance in another building we had to walk to. More

Not Happy! First of all l went in for simple oil change and tire rotation..The service technician forgot to put my wheel locks back..this happens way too often . First of all l went in for simple oil change and tire rotation..The service technician forgot to put my wheel locks back..this happens way too often ..they lost my original that came with my car long ago with my initial oil change and gave me some generic ones to appease me...this morning l go out and car would not start it said problem with tire sensor system and service dept said maybe battery because "cool morning" Not !!!This is summer time..keep in mind they still have my wheel locks..totally inconvenient...late for work and my profession in healthcare unacceptable...make me suspicious since Beglunds calls everyday wanting to buy my vehicle!! Very disappointing been customer for over 30yrs More

Great experience My wife and I checked out probably 3 or 4 dealerships before we went to Berglund, and honestly the other dealerships were a waste of time. When we got My wife and I checked out probably 3 or 4 dealerships before we went to Berglund, and honestly the other dealerships were a waste of time. When we got to Berglund David Turner met us outside and instead of taking us all around the lot finding different cars he took us into his office and asked us what we were looking for (type, price, mileage). He then made a list of the cars that they had that fit what we were looking for. We ended up test driving a few of them but all in all we were sold in about 45 minutes. The process they use makes everything a lot more stress free and less time consuming, I highly recommend these guys. More
