They no how to take advantage of a situation! My wife took our Tahoe in for an oil change and a warranty issue on the sunroof. When we purchased the extended warranty F&I told us it was just like My wife took our Tahoe in for an oil change and a warranty issue on the sunroof. When we purchased the extended warranty F&I told us it was just like the original factory warranty bumper to bumper WRONG!! it does not cover cosmetic parts. Not sure why a sunroof bellow is cosmetic. Then comes the up sale (my wife is very trusting) oil additives, transmission service, fuel injection service long story short a $50.00 oil change and warranty issue becomes a $642.00 rip off. Never again! More

Sam Simmons did a lot of hard work finding me my car and helping every step of the way Jeremy was right along with us and made this dream come true with lots of hard work and determination with calling around to make sure that I got the best rate they could find and my payment was at the right price. They did not try and sell me on things that they knew i could not afford monthly they made sure to keep my eyes on the prize i could not thank them enough for everything they did to make this come true.
