Good work, but service seems slow. Poor phone service. I called the service dept. regarding a recall issue and to schedule an oil change and tire rotation. No one was available to take my call, I left a m I called the service dept. regarding a recall issue and to schedule an oil change and tire rotation. No one was available to take my call, I left a message, no one called me back. I waited 3 days and called again. Again no one was available to take my call, I left a message again. Someone called back 2 hours later. I was able to schedule an appt. a few days later at a time that was convenient for me. On the day of the appt. I arrived about 15 mins. early and my vehicle was processed in quickly. The recall issue was supposed to take approx. 30 minutes. I do not know how long the oil change and tire rotation was supposed to take, but I was there for 2 and 1/2 hours. I will continue to use your service dept., everyone was friendly and polite in person, and your fees are not unreasonable. BUT!! I think you can improve on staff availability and phone courtesy, and letting customers know about waiting times.
