It was okay! I took my Chevrolet Avalanche in for an issue with the brakes going out completely and turning issues. My concern with this was I just received my tr I took my Chevrolet Avalanche in for an issue with the brakes going out completely and turning issues. My concern with this was I just received my truck back from Berglund in late August and had brakes placed on the vehicle all around. It has only been 2 months and my brakes gave out only to find that "NOW" I have to replace the brake lines and calipers (remember only within two months) and when they were working on this area found that I had to replace the fuel pump. I believe in being safe and having a vehicle that runs, and it is a 17 year old vehicle, but interestingly the brake issues happening within two months of each other concerns me. I had no real issues with the turning of the vehicle prior to the brakes being worked on, and that is what caught my attention after the brakes were worked on. I have been going to Berglund for work since I bought the truck in 2002 and they do great work, but this time I felt like it was a little suspicious and concerning. More
Satisfied but not thrilled I did not give a 5-star rating because I had difficulty making timely contact with a service adviser over the phone. I then went online to schedule a service visit but had difficulty navigating the website. Once I found the correct link, I then had to wait approximately 2 weeks before I could have my car serviced. During the 2 week waiting period I received 3 email reminders for my scheduled service. When I finally arrived at the dealership, a service adviser informed me he had no record of my scheduled maintenance although I showed him a copy of one of the reminders. Due to the extent of service I had asked to be done, I had to reschedule for the following week. This ordeal took valuable time from my work and personal schedules. Also during this time I received several phone calls and a text from the dealership phone number regarding my car that I thought had something to do with my requested service. However, I discovered the calls and text were from sales staff attempting to persuade me to trade my car in for a newer model. This was annoying. More

Great follow up for a problem after service I had a problem with my brakes squeaking. They were able to replace my rear brakes under warranty, at no cost to me. I also had an alignment done aft I had a problem with my brakes squeaking. They were able to replace my rear brakes under warranty, at no cost to me.
