The issue wasn't repaired, before I got to the street it was at least as bad as when I took it in. David did all he could to help and charged me a very fair rate considering the time spent but no resolution to the noise was reached. More

State Inspection I have been coming to Berglund for several years and have generally been very happy with my service, however this trip was quite a disappointment. I c I have been coming to Berglund for several years and have generally been very happy with my service, however this trip was quite a disappointment. I came in for a state inspection, and dropped the truck off about 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment time. After about a 2 hour wait, the service advisor came and told me that the truck would need new rear brakes to pass inspection. I had just had the truck in about 2 months ago for scheduled service including a rotate and balance and the front brakes had to be replaced. I struggle to understand how all 4 tires could have been off of the truck and the worn rear drums could not have been noticed considering how badly worn I was told they were and the truck is supposed to receive a multi point inspection each time it is serviced. I was told this would be a 1.5 hour to 2 hour job, and after around 2 hours I left to take care of some errands. I called about 3 hours after I left and they were just getting ready to road test the truck. I was finally able to pick it up around 430, almost 8 hours after my appointment time. I am glad that the problems were found and repaired, I just have a lot of difficulty with the fact that it took 2 hours for the inspection and another 5+ to replace the rear brakes. More

Horrible experience I bought my car 3 years ago from Berglund. And i always take it there for oil changes. But after my last visit was so horrible i might not be returnin I bought my car 3 years ago from Berglund. And i always take it there for oil changes. But after my last visit was so horrible i might not be returning. From start to finish it was a bad experience. Not to mention i pull up at my scheduled appointment time. I beep the horn no one opens the doors. But i can see people inside sitting that turned around to look at me. I cut my car off go inside. And everyone just stares at me. Apparently they were having some sort of christmas employee lunch. Well maybe that should be done after hours. Since other customers started also coming in for their appointments. Besides seeing tables all set up and folding chairs when you pull your car in doesn't look professional at all. Not to mention my car sat outside the waiting area for 30 minutes. Before anyone told me my car was ready. And my tires were so full of air from them that i had to let some out. I really hope if i do return next time that it's a better experience. Also i never saw my service guy again after i checked in. He did apologize though for the fact no one seemed to acknowledge me when i got there. Since he did see it for himself. More

Once we talked with Dennis, he asked if he could work on the numbers and call back in 5 minutes. He did so and offered the vehicle at a price that met our needs. The price was very competitive and with how we were treated, the decision was made to purchase from Berglund. Great communication from all parties.
