At first everything seemed great. Then a few days after signing paperwork I get messages that they need this and that info because some paperwork was "accidently" shredded. And we had to go resign paperwor signing paperwork I get messages that they need this and that info because some paperwork was "accidently" shredded. And we had to go resign paperwork because of mistakes-2 trips 35 min away. Then a week later another message about verifying income. Granted I own my own new business. They knew this up front. I dont have cancelled check etc. And they were suppose to service my vehicle. Still nothing on that. Then another message that the income was fine they changed banks so now we need to come back again and resign paperwork. Ive had my vehicle for 16 days already, really. The most unprofessional unorganized deal. More
